Keeping Seniors Safe.
Your Fall Prevention
Senior Safety Headquarters
We understand the challenges that come with aging. Whether it’s staying at home or in a senior community, there are memories, comfort, and quality of life. But, this treasure can also become risky as we grow older if we don't take the proper steps to make it safer for the aging body. Falls are a leading cause of injury and death among those aged 65 and over. With simple and easy actions, we can eliminate many common high-risk fall situations where they happen the most — in the home.
NFPC is dedicated to being the one-stop resource for the latest insights, research, tips, and solutions in home fall prevention and other higher risk events and activities. We support individuals, families, caregivers, insurance companies, and community organizations in their efforts to protect and care for our older population. We are committed to providing in-depth analysis and understanding of these risks, translating statistics into actionable knowledge for individuals and their caregivers. We do this in three ways: Prevention, Education, and Empowerment!

Why is it so challenging to get parents to listen, agree, and comply with your ideas and requests for changes and adjustments that promote their safety? Perhaps it is due to their decades of being in control, having more wisdom, and holding authority in the relationship. The process of role reversal comes with its own set of hurdles. In this webinar we will reveal effective ways to overcome these obstacles, build trust in the transitioning of authority, and address concerns about loss of independence.
